    • Study on providing “Agro-pedological and climatological knowledge base of the main crops in Turkey and Ukraine as well as provision of agricultural statistics”. > Joint Research Centre The main purpose of the present tender was to collect agronomic data in order to enrich the current database for Ukraine and Turkey and to allow a calibration of the crop growth model for the most important crops in the countries.

    • Assistance to the EU Delegation for service tenders on "Land Parcel Identification System" > European Commission The AETS consortium has been commissioned to assist the EU Delegation to Turkey in providing an ex-ante control of the tender evalautions for the project "Digitization of Land Parcel Information System". Assignment implemented by AETS's FWC COM Lot 01 2011 partner: Cardno Emerging Markets (UK) ltd.

    • Preparation of the ToR for "Technical Assistance on economic analyses within River Basin Management Plans and Water Efficiency aspects in 3 pilot river basins in Turkey" > CFCU In the framework of the BENEF FWC Lot 6, AETS is involved in this technical assistance to the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs in order to draft the ToR of a TA project linked to River Basin Management Plans (RBMP) issues.

    • Scoping Mission to Evaluate The Feasibility Of A Project on Integrated Maritime Policy In The Black Sea > European Commission In the Black Sea, a framework for regional cooperation has been established through the EU Black Sea Synergy. It includes all Black Sea countries and encourages "dialogue on Black Sea maritime policies" and "regional fisheries management cooperation". This scoping mission is called to evaluate the feasibility of a cross-sectorial cooperation project on Integrated Maritime Policy in the Black Sea. This scoping mission, led by AETS , will assess the conditions on the ground and the level of preparedness in the mapped countries for a future follow-up project developed on the basis of this assignment as well as the main elements of a contract and implementation agreement necessary to implement the project. Following a needs analysis at national, regional and local level, adequate project architecture will be suggested, with indicative goals, realistic objectives and appropriate timeline.

    • Provision of consultancy services to contracting authorities for procurement support for Water and Sanitation Projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina > European Investment Bank (EIB) The European Investment Bank (EIB) is supporting the development of water infrastructure in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) through the co-financing of water and sanitation projects (WATSAN) within the country. The objective of this assignment is to support the tender evaluation teams in evaluation of works tenders for plants in conformity with the best EU practices and the EIB Guide to procurement. It will consist additionally in providing support to procurement procedures, transferring know-how (small workshops), commenting wastewater and water treatment plants tender documentation.
